slicer(ply, xmin, xmax)

Arguments

ply	An sf polygon object
xmin	A float or integer value for the x (longitude) coordinate minimum
xmax	A float or integer value for the x (longitude) coordinate maximum

Value

new polygon slice that is next in sequence
